Though Customized Fat Loss all the information you need to know to lose weight, I thought another post on the term Food is essential. Because most of them go wrong in this section.
So, here is the list
- Drinking hot water along with two tablespoons of honey mixed with it. But be careful don't use ordinary water, use only hot water. Because, using ordinary water will make you even fatter.
- Avoid the three Whites (Rice, Salt and Sugar) from your daily diet. Also avoid White carbohydrates.
